Job Summary

A company is looking for a Researcher 3 to support design research and experience strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define scope and frame research goals for studies aligned with business needs
• Design, plan, and facilitate remote workshops, interviews, and international research efforts
• Create discussion guides, personas, customer journey maps, and service blueprints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of User Experience Research experience
• Experience with a variety of research methods including qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Proven ability to design and facilitate remote workshops and international research projects
