Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher, Level III.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct UX research, including heuristic evaluations, on various digital platforms to enhance user experience
Design user-centered test plans and conduct web research studies throughout the design cycle
Provide data-driven reports and communicate research findings to diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Nielsen Norman Group UX certification preferred
3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and analytics tools
TS/SCI clearance required
