User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher who is eager to learn and contribute to improving government services through user research.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative user research activities
• Collaborate with a senior researcher and cross-functional team members to translate research goals into actionable plans
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights, artifacts, and recommendations that inform product and design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• A bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent work experience and certifications
• Approximately two years of professional experience in Information Technology, focusing on user experience research
• Foundational experience conducting user research and applying a range of research methods
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive research practices
