User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

To support product and design teams, the full-time User Experience Researcher will conduct usability tests, in-depth interviews, and develop research plans to enhance user-friendly products in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user research to uncover insights and test design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research activities and product development
• Manage multiple research projects and establish a comprehensive research portfolio

Required qualifications

• Three years of experience in research, user experience, or human-centered design
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Proficiency with PowerBI and experience with data reporting and visualization
• Ability to work within diverse, cross-departmental teams
