User Experience Researcher
Job Summary
Driving a customer-centric vision, the full-time remote User Experience Researcher will conduct in-depth user research, develop personas and journey maps, and facilitate usability testing to enhance product usability and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Execute user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights into user behaviors and needs
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user personas and journey maps for product development
- Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, analyze results, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of mixed methods research experience
- Proficient in a variety of research methods, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Ability to independently identify research opportunities and prioritize objectives for user and business value
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in developing actionable insights from user data analysis
