User Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Specialist to support enterprise digital modernization initiatives within a Federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design efforts within Agile teams
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Conduct usability reviews and gather stakeholder feedback to refine design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or related digital design roles
• Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
