User Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise digital modernization initiatives in a remote capacity, the User Experience Specialist will contribute to the design and refinement of user experiences across features and modules, ensuring applications are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design efforts by translating business requirements and user stories into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Develop user flows, navigation structures, and interaction patterns to enhance user experiences while ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and developers, to clarify design intent and support implementation in Agile environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, UI/UX analysis, or related digital design roles
• Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within Agile or iterative development environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
