Job Summary
Embracing the night owl life, the full-time remote User Experience Athlete will manage customer queries across multiple support channels, build product expertise to address user pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer queries via email, chat, phone, and social media to ensure user satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to provide effective solutions and improve the user journey
- Collaborate with various departments to channel customer feedback for continuous product improvement
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong understanding of user experience principles
- Ability to work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM IST
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively
- Familiarity with automation tools to streamline processes
