Job Summary

Embracing the night owl life, the full-time remote User Experience Athlete will manage customer queries across multiple support channels, build product expertise to address user pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer queries via email, chat, phone, and social media to ensure user satisfaction
• Develop a deep understanding of the product to provide effective solutions and improve the user journey
• Collaborate with various departments to channel customer feedback for continuous product improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer support or a related field
• Strong understanding of user experience principles
• Ability to work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM IST
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively
• Familiarity with automation tools to streamline processes
