Job Summary
Passionate about enhancing customer experiences, the full-time User Experience Athlete will manage customer queries across multiple support channels, develop product expertise, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Promptly manage incoming customer queries via email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, and social media to ensure user satisfaction
- Build a deep understanding of products to provide accurate and effective solutions to user pain points
- Collaborate with various departments to channel customer feedback for ongoing improvements
Required qualifications:
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong understanding of user experience principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
