User Experience Testing Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the full-time FLEX Manager, User Experience Testing will author and execute test cases for Marriott's Reservations Platform, ensuring product delivery aligns with business needs and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases for functional and integrated testing of the Central Reservation System (CRS) and Revenue Management System (RMS)
• Report defects and collaborate with the User Experience Testing team to ensure thorough testing coverage and resolution of issues
• Analyze defect trends to identify root causes and contribute to the development of testing quality metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development focused on User Experience Testing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
• Experience with testing tools such as Jira Cloud, Zephyr, and Microsoft Suite
• Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
