Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Lifecycle Specialist to engage and retain paid subscribers in the US and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to enhance subscriber retention and drive family member conversions
  • Lead the Ambassador Program to activate subscribers as advocates and drive engagement campaigns
  • Utilize analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
  • Proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, in-app, and push)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, ideally Braze or equivalent
  • Experience launching an ambassador or community program is preferred
