Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Lifecycle Specialist to engage and retain paid subscribers in the US and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to enhance subscriber retention and drive family member conversions
- Lead the Ambassador Program to activate subscribers as advocates and drive engagement campaigns
- Utilize analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
- Proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, in-app, and push)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, ideally Braze or equivalent
- Experience launching an ambassador or community program is preferred
