Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Operations, Product Support role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate businesses against established criteria to determine their eligibility for advertising products
  • Resolve project claims for consumers and facilitate communication between businesses and their customers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in other departments to ensure prompt resolution of cases
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent degree)
  • Tech fluency with the ability to operate online through various tools and platforms
  • Experience using spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel to manage large datasets is a plus
  • Solid online sleuthing skills to navigate government datasets/databases
  • Basic knowledge of Yelp products and product flows is a plus
