Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Operations, Product Support role.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate businesses against established criteria to determine their eligibility for advertising products
- Resolve project claims for consumers and facilitate communication between businesses and their customers
- Coordinate with stakeholders in other departments to ensure prompt resolution of cases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent degree)
- Tech fluency with the ability to operate online through various tools and platforms
- Experience using spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel to manage large datasets is a plus
- Solid online sleuthing skills to navigate government datasets/databases
- Basic knowledge of Yelp products and product flows is a plus
