Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Researcher responsible for conducting user research projects throughout the game product life cycle and global market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user research projects and collaborate with the Shanghai office on research initiatives
• Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and user needs
• Deliver actionable insights through stakeholder communication, methodology design, execution, and report writing

Required Qualifications

• Passion for games and understanding of player psychology, with a preference for anime and open-world games
• Experience in user research methodologies relevant to product needs
• Background in various user research fields or complete game projects is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred
