User Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Researcher - Personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize research questions in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Design and implement studies that address research questions within real-world constraints
• Synthesize and communicate research findings to inform decision-making across teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied research experience with a degree in Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong experience in quantitative user research methods, including survey design and experimentation
• Working proficiency in qualitative research methods
• Fluency in experimentation and A/B testing environments
• Experience integrating AI tools into research workflows
