Key Responsibilities

• Develop research strategies and conduct end-to-end research to improve user-facing and technical back-end experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research questions and execute research plans
• Recruit a diverse participant database and conduct mixed methods research with educators and students

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end research in product development
• Strong technical background with the ability to learn complex systems quickly
• Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Ability to analyze research findings and communicate insights effectively
• Interest in education and the edtech industry
