Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote User Researcher (Ads R&D).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead qualitative studies focusing on the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Balance large-scale foundational research with rapid design evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine research briefs and answer key business questions
Required Qualifications
  • Expert-level execution of qualitative methodologies, including interviews and usability testing
  • 4-7 years of experience managing the entire research lifecycle independently
  • Familiarity with industry-standard research tools such as UserInterviews, UserTesting, and dscout
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • Previous experience researching advertising or monetization is preferred
