User Researcher

Job Summary

Championing the voice of players, the full-time remote User Researcher will own the strategy, collection, analysis, and communication of player insights to enhance the Modo Casino experience through collaboration with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the Voice of the Customer program, developing systems to collect and organize player feedback
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand player behaviors and motivations, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present research findings and support strategic decision-making based on player insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in User Research, Customer Insights, or related fields
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into recommendations
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with customer research and analytics platforms
