User Researcher

Job Summary

To support a pivotal team in a leading global technology company, the temporary User Researcher will conduct qualitative research to uncover user needs and challenges, focusing on data professionals' workflows, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute qualitative research studies, including in-depth interviews and usability testing, to identify user workflows and experience gaps
• Analyze and summarize research findings into clear outputs, such as thematic analyses and presentations, to inform product strategy
• Manage participant recruitment, study logistics, and maintain organized research documentation for seamless execution of research projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 4-6 years of experience in user research, UX research, or market research
• Proven experience with core user research methods, including interviews and usability testing
• Demonstrated ability to document research findings clearly and produce impactful research deliverables
• Experience conducting end-to-end qualitative research within enterprise or technical product environments
