User Researcher

Job Summary

Supporting research initiatives for a team focused on Real-Time Intelligence, the contract User Researcher will conduct qualitative studies, including interviews and usability testing, to enhance the understanding of data professionals' needs and workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative research studies to identify user workflows and experience gaps
• Conduct interviews and usability tests, synthesizing feedback into actionable insights
• Maintain organized research documentation and assist in participant recruitment and study logistics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology
• 4-6 years of experience in user research or a related field
• Proficiency in core user research methods, including interviews and usability testing
• Experience with enterprise or data-focused products is a strong plus
• Ability to document findings clearly and produce structured research deliverables
