User Researcher III

Job Summary

Supporting research efforts for Real-Time Intelligence and Observability, the contract User Researcher III will conduct qualitative studies, including interviews and usability testing, to enhance understanding of data professionals' needs and workflows while working remotely for a duration of 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of qualitative research studies to understand user workflows and experience gaps
• Conduct qualitative research efforts, including interview moderation and usability testing, to generate actionable insights
• Analyze and summarize research findings into clear outputs, maintaining organized research documentation for team reference

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 4-6 years of experience in user research, UX research, or market research
• Experience researching enterprise, technical, or data-focused products is a strong plus
• Familiarity with core user research methods such as interviews and usability testing
• Interest in data, analytics, and technical user workflows
