User Researcher, Patient Experience

Job Summary

Owning research across patient-facing experiences, the full-time User Researcher, Patient Experience will collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify key questions, conduct full-cycle research, and synthesize findings to enhance healthcare interactions, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own research across patient-facing experiences including enrollment, checkout, and patient communications
• Partner with Product and Design to frame critical questions and assumptions prior to product development
• Plan and conduct research throughout the product cycle, utilizing both moderated and unmoderated methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience conducting user research on digital products or services
• High agency with the ability to navigate ambiguity and speed in decision-making
• Strong evaluative research skills, including usability testing and concept evaluation
• Experience partnering with Product and Design teams to influence product development
