User Success Strategist with Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Success and Design Strategist with a clearance requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and subject matter experts to identify and define challenges and aspirations
• Design and build solution mock-ups and prototypes in partnership with product managers and engineers
• Create design artifacts and integrate UI/UX guidance to enhance the user experience of the SCREEn platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, user experience, technology, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, customer success, or related areas
• Experience with software development, web design, and design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like JIRA
• Active DoD Secret clearance
