Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Support Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the BSNA Field Organization by resolving Support Requests
- Mentor User Support Associates and assist in the development of new tools and processes
- Identify trends through analysis and propose long-term corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in the field or 5-8 years in the service industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting/finance and business principles
- Working knowledge of both Custom and Out of the Box applications preferred
- Basic SQL and database structure knowledge preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
