Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Support Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the BSNA Field Organization by resolving Support Requests
  • Mentor User Support Associates and assist in the development of new tools and processes
  • Identify trends through analysis and propose long-term corrective actions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in the field or 5-8 years in the service industry
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/finance and business principles
  • Working knowledge of both Custom and Out of the Box applications preferred
  • Basic SQL and database structure knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
