Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Support Manager who will oversee service delivery and leadership for the Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication and support between the user community and the Technology Services Group
- Monitor performance and service levels, providing reports to management
- Develop and participate in projects to enhance client service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of IT support experience, including five years in a supervisory/management role
- Experience in client service delivery best practices and support models
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Ability to adapt leadership style to various working styles and personalities
