Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Support Manager who will oversee service delivery and leadership for the Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication and support between the user community and the Technology Services Group
  • Monitor performance and service levels, providing reports to management
  • Develop and participate in projects to enhance client service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10 years of IT support experience, including five years in a supervisory/management role
  • Experience in client service delivery best practices and support models
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Ability to adapt leadership style to various working styles and personalities
