Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of Justice's complex litigation mission, the full-time User Support Program Manager will design, implement, and oversee end-user support programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and evaluate the effectiveness of the end-user support program
- Oversee user and system documentation, training, communications, budgeting, and staffing
- Provide recommendations to improve applications and support services based on user needs
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
- At least seven years of direct support experience for end users, with three years in a supervisory role
- Experience in setting up an end-user support program
- In-depth knowledge of supported applications, networks, telecommunications, and operating systems
- At least two years of experience in automated litigation support is strongly preferred
