USMC Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a USMC Portfolio Manager to lead the Program Management Office and oversee daily operations for a defense contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee USMC PMO operations, including project execution, schedule performance, risk management, and contract compliance
• Act as the primary interface with USMC stakeholders and lead customer meetings and strategic planning sessions
• Develop and manage financial plans, track burn rates, and ensure financial health across a portfolio exceeding $50 million

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in program/project management with large IDIQs or defense programs
• Proven success managing complex teams with portfolios exceeding $50 million
• Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure, Information Assurance, Networking, or Systems Integration
• Active Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
