Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patent Agent to manage its patent portfolio and support internal patent prosecution workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patent program end-to-end, including strategy recommendations and portfolio management
• Draft, prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications and manage outside counsel
• Develop patent training for engineers and promote patent awareness across the company

Required Qualifications

• USPTO-registered Patent Agent
• Degree in engineering, life sciences, computer science, physics, or mathematics
• 7+ years of patent prosecution experience, including drafting applications and responding to Office Actions
• Experience managing outside counsel and conducting patentability analyses
• Strong analytical and research skills
