USRN Clinical Trainer
Job Summary
To prepare clinicians for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, the fully remote USRN Clinical Trainer will facilitate clinical training programs, develop educational materials, and provide ongoing coaching and support for case management and specialty pharmacy workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire and ongoing clinical training in various learning environments
- Deliver training on case management, care coordination, and specialty pharmacy workflows
- Develop and maintain training materials while monitoring learner progress and competency evaluations
Required qualifications
- Active USRN license
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 3 years of Case Management or related clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of adult education or healthcare training experience
- Knowledge of CMS regulations, NCQA, and URAC standards
