USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the fully remote RN Trainer (Contract) will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, deliver just-in-time support, and manage training documentation while ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training in both classroom and virtual environments
• Monitor learner progress through case simulations and performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
• Prepare and submit training reports and maintain training documentation to ensure compliance with client standards

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation within healthcare operations or managed care preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
