Job Summary
To support proactive patient care, the part-time Remote Physiological Monitoring Nurse will review vital sign data from RPM devices, engage patients in their care plans, and collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance health outcomes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review patient vital sign data from connected RPM devices
- Identify abnormal readings and escalate concerns based on clinical protocols
- Communicate regularly with patients to provide education and support for their care plans
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. Compact RN License
- Prior clinical nursing experience with the ability to assess patient symptoms and trends
- Strong clinical judgment for recognizing when follow-up is necessary
- Ability to work independently within RN scope of practice and company protocols
- Comfortable using technology, remote monitoring platforms, and EHR systems
