Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate pharmaceutical use for patient care, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols
• Provide patient care activities and support safe and effective drug therapy
• Document clinical interventions and communicate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree preferred from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Three (3) years of hospital experience required
• Active Utah and/or Arkansas licensure
• Meditech or HMS operating system experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
