Job Summary

As a full-time remote Utah HR Generalist, the successful candidate will manage employee relations, support compliance with employment laws, and assist with performance management and HR initiatives within a dynamic People Team.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and document compliance with mandatory training and support HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting HR leaders in developing HR processes and procedures
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with complex employee relations issues, including corrective actions and exit interviews
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist with increasing responsibility
  • Prior experience in a large contact center is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulatory compliance, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and employee relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
  • PHR/SPHR or equivalent SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designation preferred
