Job Summary
Overseeing vendor compliance and communication, the full-time remote Utah IFS Vendor Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to support facility activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day oversight of work orders and provide status updates
- Initiate and maintain vendor relationships while addressing service concerns
- Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
- Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently under time constraints
