A company is looking for a Law Clerk based in Utah.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues related to cases
• Prepare briefs, legal memoranda, and assist in drafting pleadings and motions
• Support trial attorneys by preparing trial documents and attending court sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Second or third year law student with an interest in civil litigation, personal injury, or insurance defense
• Availability for part-time work approximately 20 hours per week, with full-time opportunities in the summer
