Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and support throughout the policy term and renewal cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely insurance solutions and maintain high-quality client experiences
  • Conduct proactive outreach for renewals, assess client needs, and identify cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Active P&C insurance license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance in account management, client service, or sales
  • Experience with HubSpot, AMS, or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations
