Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor (Overnight Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment after hours
• Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families
• Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with internal teams for continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
• A tech-savvy individual with the ability to navigate systems like Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• A calm, caring, and professional presence when working with families in stressful situations
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
