Utah Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on every sale while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company
• Run virtual consultations and educate clients on aesthetic services
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Comfortable with high call volumes and achieving sales quotas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate clients
