Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst- Patient Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Analyze and diagnose problems, translating technological requirements into design specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to implement and support third-party applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field
• Two years of work experience, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of related experience
• Certification on one or more Epic applications required
• Ability to operate IT equipment and remain seated or standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
