Utah Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare applications in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Utah Licensed Application Analyst will manage technical support, configuration, and maintenance of various systems while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolutions, while documenting and recommending workflow changes
• Manage small projects related to applications and technologies, ensuring adherence to documentation and change management standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred
• Two years of work experience in a related area, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
• Experience with Epic applications and a commitment to maintain certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Visio, and Project
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
