Utah Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare applications, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Application Analyst will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various systems while managing small projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Gathers and translates technological requirements into design specifications while documenting workflow changes
• Collaborates with external vendors to integrate and support third-party applications

Required qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of experience in a related area
• Preferred Epic Beaker Certification and experience in Anatomic Pathology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
• In-depth knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
• Ability to manage small to mid-size projects and follow change management standards
