Utah Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on Willow Ambulatory applications, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Application Analyst will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications while managing small projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and optimize healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Gather, validate, and translate technological requirements into design specifications while documenting workflow changes
• Manage small to mid-size projects and collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful application integration

Required qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field preferred, or 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in supporting healthcare applications and technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Visio
• Ability to maintain Epic application certification as required
