Utah Licensed Application Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical support and optimization for healthcare applications, the full-time Utah Licensed Application Analyst will manage application lifecycles, including implementation and maintenance, in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing application issues to determine resolutions
• Configure, test, install, and maintain healthcare applications and their associated technologies
• Manage small projects related to application technologies and partner with external vendors for integration and support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred
• Two years of relevant work experience or four years of experience while actively pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in one or more Epic applications
• Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
