Utah Licensed Application Analyst
Job Summary
Providing technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Application Analyst will manage system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize application performance.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, test, install, and maintain healthcare applications while documenting workflow changes and technical designs
- Analyze and diagnose problems, providing ongoing support and managing small projects related to application technologies
- Collaborate with external vendors for third-party application support and participate in training development for end-users
Required qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field
- Two years of relevant work experience or four years of experience in a related area while pursuing a degree
- Certification in one or more Epic applications is required and must be maintained
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and Project
- Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems, with experience in application support and implementation
