Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Insurance Specialist to manage medical claims and follow up on denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on denials and aging reports to ensure timely processing of medical claims
• Contact insurance companies and patients for additional information needed to process claims
• Collaborate with coding teams to address claim denials

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• One to three years of experience in the healthcare industry with third-party reimbursement and collections
• Computer experience for billing, word-processing, and spreadsheet entry
