Job Summary

Supporting various healthcare applications, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Beaker Analyst will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance, while managing small projects and ensuring ongoing optimization of systems related to electronic health records and other technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provides technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
• Gathers and translates technological requirements into design specifications, while managing small projects related to applications
• Documents workflow changes and collaborates with stakeholders and vendors for system integration and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• Epic Beaker Certification or willingness to obtain and maintain certification
• Two years of relevant work experience or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years of experience in a related area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Visio, and Project
• In-depth knowledge of system analysis and healthcare application technologies
• Ability to operate IT equipment and remain seated or standing for extended periods
