Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Utah Licensed Bilingual Disability Advocate will serve as a dedicated member champion, managing communications and guiding clients through the Social Security disability process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, providing support and clarifying complex information
- Manage relationships with medical providers and government agencies to ensure timely application processing
- Gather and submit necessary documentation for disability applications while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or social services, with a preference for disability or claims processing experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and goal-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
