Job Summary

To support customer engagement, the full-time Utah Licensed Call Center Representative will deliver meaningful solutions through inbound phone interactions while working remotely from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm MDT and participating in a 13-week paid training program.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by providing valuable information about products and services
  • Foster positive customer experiences and encourage referrals through effective communication
  • Continuously develop skills in technology and banking to enhance career growth
Required qualifications:
  • Must reside within 90 miles of a Utah location
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in problem-solving and product education
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
  • Proficiency in navigating various computer software and systems
