Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks, managing contractual dates and deadlines for timely transaction closure
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including expense entry, commission calculations, and communication with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Utah
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
