Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records documentation for reimbursement and quality improvement
• Collect statistics from reviews and maintain accurate records of costs and benefits
• Facilitate communication between physicians and coding staff regarding documentation needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field from an accredited institution
• Clinical license in the state of practice (e.g., RN, RRT, PT, OT, SLP, LCSW)
• Equivalent experience may substitute the degree requirement based on clinical licensure
