Job Summary

A company is looking for a PS Clinical Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts medical necessity audits and reviews clinical practice standards and documentation
• Oversees and coordinates compliance audits and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Designs and implements training programs to enhance compliance awareness across departments

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician's Assistant or Registered Nurse in the State of Utah
• Minimum three years of experience in a patient care capacity for Physician's Assistants or five years for Registered Nurses
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and related computer software
• Knowledge of clinical practice and critical thinking abilities
• Coding certification may be required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment
